Holistic life coaching is a great way to review where you are and how to move forward with clarity and motivation. I hold space to gently support you in identifying what you want, where you are now and what can help you to cross that divide. I work on a really broad range of areas, taking into account the whole person - all aspects of your mind, body and spirit. For example, I've supported clients on anger issues, relationship changes, decisions about moving and travel, and my particular favourite area that I love to work in is supporting women who are just starting out on their spiritual journey and know that something is coming, but they haven't quite figured out what it is or where to go with it. We work together to take things from uncertainty, barriers and lack of options to clarity, expansion and abundance of opportunity. Sooooo exciting!
This is about INVESTING IN YOU and can bring great benefits to your life, sometimes really rapidly! I love to see people go on to pursue their dreams and find greater joy and flow.
I can't wait to work with you :) - Vasanti Devi.
We start with a FREE 15 mins DISCOVERY CALL to see how we connect and if we feel we can work together - we both need to feel comfortable and that we can get the most out of the connection. If I don't feel like I'm the right person to coach you, I will say, and equally you'll get chance to see if I'm the kind of coach you feel comfortable to open up and really dig deep with. If you're keen to get going, drop me a line now to book this call: support@santoshawellwoman.co.uk or +44(0)7488430566 or write to me in the contact tab.
Once we've agreed to work together, your first holistic coaching session is 90 mins - this is so that we can really layout the ground work and sort through what's going on and what you REALLY want.
That first session is longer to reflect the work that is required to start us going and costs £65. For your second session onwards, it's one hour for £50.
You can book longer sessions on request, if required, and I offer laser coaching which includes longer hours (e.g. a half day of coaching to go really deep at a faster pace (such as when making a really big decision and wanting to make progress with close support), or more regular, shorter slots over a specified time range (e.g. if you're bringing a project to fruition and need some cheerleading and someone on hand to bounce ideas around with).
It's recommended to have a series of at least 3 consecutive coaching sessions - over whatever time you wish but at least monthly is a good idea if you want to reap full benefits - in order to work through challenges, changes or choices.
