I support women to reignite their inner fire and live their most radiant lives!

I started my path to authentic living 10 years ago, after burning out several times chasing what was a seemingly successful career. I was internally unhappy, unfulfilled and my light really wasn't shining. My belief and what underpins my work is that whatever we get confronted with in life is a path to discovery - the Universe gave me this amazing gift so I could discover my true purpose and passion and ignite my inner fire along the way. This is exactly what I aim to support other women with.

I love to hold a non-judgmental and nourishing space for women who are oh so ready to look at what's going on in their lives and make changes, even if they don't know how yet! That's my job, to gently guide and support you to understand where you are, what you want and how to step towards that.

I hold classes, treatments, workshops and retreats in various locations, including my home space near Great Torrington, in rural North Devon. I work in a holistic way that encompasses mind, body and soul - all the key elements of our authentic being.

Santosha is Sanskrit; sacred words to express that inner contentment and a beautiful acceptance of what is. It's not easy, infact it's a work in progress for us all. But this is where our DIAMOND lies - the path to igniting your inner fire, feeling greater freedom and living as your whole, radiant, authentic self.
