Having an holistic life coaching session is a great way to review where you are and how to move forward with clarity and motivation and the support of me, Vasanti, as your coach: a bit like your sounding board, devil's advocate and cheerleader rolled into one!
The holistic approach takes into account the whole person - all aspects of your mind, body and spirit - when exploring your challenges, goals and possible ways forward.
It's recommended to have a series of at least 3 sessions (including the first, longer session) in order to work through specific challenges.
