* Specific challenges and areas of the body that you wish to work on (e.g. pain, trigger points, back issues, neck issues, sciatica, leg pain, tight muscles etc.) ;
*Introducing you to Yoga if you prefer not to be in a group class to start with;
* Deepening your personal practice, such as by creating a personal daily practice and reviewing this from time to time, or exploring Pranayama (Yogic breathwork) or Philosophy (e.g. Bhagavad Gita, Yoga Sutras).
